Plasson Metric Flanged Coupling with Metal Backing Flange ISO Flange, 63mm to 160mm

The Plasson Flanged Coupling connects poly pipe straight onto a flanged valve, pump, or piece of equipment. It uses Plasson’s compression system on the pipe end, paired with a galvanised steel backing flange to match standard ISO bolt patterns. Farmers and irrigators often fit it where a poly pipeline meets a pump station or a flanged valve, since it avoids welding on site.

This range spans 63mm through to 160mm pipe, with ISO flange sizes from 2 inch up to 6 inch to suit different bolt tables. It carries a PN16 pressure rating on the smaller sizes and PN10 on the 160mm sizes, and uses Plasson’s captive O-ring system for an instant seal on the pipe. The backing flange is galvanised by electroplating, then given a passivation coating for extra corrosion resistance.
