Engine camshaft hydraulic roller lift cam is compatible with GM Chevy 1997-2007 LS L92 L99 5.3L 5.7L 6.0L 6.2L V8 LSx Sloppy Stage 2. Note: ls camshaft is not compatible with Active Fuel Management (AFM) engine. Stock valve springs cannot be used. PAC1218 valve springs are recommended for this LS camshaft.
